of enthusiastic consent, joy and inclusion.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Vanessa Cliff is an adult film producer, actress, and community organizer based in Seattle, WA. A happily slutty, kinky and pansexual woman, Vanessa works for a future where all people, regardless of their body, identity, sexuality, or labor, are healthy, safe, free and loved.
Although her career in sex work began as a for-hire porn actress, these days Vanessa is the one calling the shots - or, more accurately, she and a team of other women and queer people who have joined together to form an unusual production company. Unlearning shame about her own body, identity, sexuality, and sexual labor only happened through connection to others. In her work, she strives to build a healing community in which people recognize parts of themselves in each other, lose shame, and find their own power.
Before her roles in the adult industry, Vanessa worked as a social worker, community organizer, research analyst and writer. She has an M.A. in Human Rights and Nonprofit Management, and a Ph.D. in Social Sciences. More importantly, she is the proud solo parent to an incredible kiddo with whom she loves making huge baking messes and checking out every book at the library.

Outside of Cliff Media, Kenny is a prolific actor. He originally immigrated from Hong Kong to the United States with his parents when he was 7. He enjoys hiking, exploring the kink scene, watching anime, playing video games, and spending times friends and family.

Chief Learning Officer
Hazel Havoc is a pro domme in the Portland area, specializing in impact and mentoring. Her biggest passions are flogging, whipping and teaching people these skills. If you’ve seen flogging in a Cliff Media scene, it’s often Hazel doing the throwing. Hazel’s favorite form of flogging is her signature four point florentine- a non stop barrage of flogs thrown in a seemingly never-ending loop. When not throwing flogs, Hazel has been applying her creative skills to script and direct Cliff Media scenes, mentor new directors, and develop educational curriculum.
Hazel enjoys all forms of kink and BDSM but especially enjoys exploring the intersection of impact and emotional healing. Hazel believes with every hit of her whip, her subject descends further into healing subspace- shifting your conscious state with a flick of her wrist. Working with Hazel is an experience wrought with razor sharp intention, intense sensation, and focused attention. This approach coalesces to create unique experiences as individual as the people in them. You’ll be brought back to life as your body pulses and pleasure courses through your veins. You’ll feel every sense heightened, alert and ready- ready to feel alive, washed by erotic fire and left smoldering.
Hazel is a native to the fiery volcanoes of the PNW, loves all things outdoors, and loves to feed her inner rockhound. She has been hiking the cascades since she was small, curiously inspecting every tree and turning over every rock. She is playful, curious and painfully accurate.

Dildo Keeper, Director of Directing
When Foxie finds a space that ignites her passion, she dives in. Since joining Cliff Media, she has been a performer, director, videographer, and donor. In the first scene she directed, Bottoms R Us, she played out her fantasy of empowered individuals choosing to be objectified. While in group spaces, Foxie focuses much of her attention on looking out for other people in the room and reaching out to anyone who seems quieter, new or in need of support.
Foxie initially joined Cliff Media to experience porn. She'd always been fascinated and wanted to try it. But once she saw the mission and values of Cliff Media and the organization's work toward inclusion, she felt like she'd found a space she'd been seeking all her life. Foxie has an insatiable desire to experience new things, and as a pansexual woman, she is attracted to everybody, which makes Cliff Media scenes particularly fun.
Outside Cliff Media, Foxie is a prolific and multi-talented artist. For 13 years, she was a professional singer and taught voice and piano lessons. More recently, she has been drawing, knitting and crocheting. Foxie is polyamorous, slutty and a lover of sex clubs. She is also a mom, a very important role in her life, and she values being able to teach her child that she can live the life she wants.

Community Whore-ganizer
Roxie Valentine is a multi-talented actress, director, and post-production manager with Cliff Media. As an actress, she loves improv acting, riffing on other people’s ideas. Sexually, she is thrilled by taking things in the ass and performing oral. She’s also conscientious about looking to make sure no one is uninvolved in scenes, inviting people into participation. She has scripted and directed multiple scenes and loves storyline porn, including scripts that sometimes look like novels. She is also an active member of the video editing team.
Roxie has wanted to do porn since 2012, but didn’t have a body she felt confident in. In the past, she wished there were two of her: one body that could live a “normal” life and one who could be a femme kickass badass bitch pornstar. She’s loving her choice to fully live in the second life.
Outside of Cliff Media, Roxie is a fan of self-care like baths with music and candlelight. She plays in the kink and queer community in Portland, including time spent with friends and exploring the dating world in solo poly relationships.

As a creator, Lila cares about access to radical media and performance opportunities that make people feel seen. Community has always been sacred to her and she believes that, if done right, a porn set can also be a sacred space.
